What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY and MI

I live and work out of my home office for a company based in Michigan.

Michigan does not have a mandated disability or a state plan for the employees of private employers.

You are, of course, free to apply for coverage individually if you are not eligible for any plan that your employer may offer.
