Statute of Limitations?

What is the name of your state? Missouri
I was working in a bank in Sept 2003. I walked around the corner into the break room, but a large box had been left in the doorway. I fell over the box, landing hard on my knees, toppling on over. I had pain, especially right knee. I filled out paperwork with employer & it was handled as workers comp -I went to an ER. Knee was in an immobilizer for several weeks &! given pain med. Pain is now not severe, but comes & goes, knee "locks" if I stoop or move a certain way...making it difficult to stand. It impacts some activities, slowly getting worse -- do I have any options?
