What is the name of your state? FLORIDA

I was injuried at a job site that I have been working at for four months, but I am paid through Ranstad which is a temp service. Who do I go to about being injuried on the job, the company I am working for OR the temp service.

Thank you

Thad Martin

My ex recently went through the same thing. He went through the temp service (workman's comp). They paid everything--he only had a sprained wrist though.

Your EMPLOYER (the temp agency) is responsible if you are injured on the job. The client company is not your employer.
