| | Unable to work from direct fall twice on the job What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
I was on a job and injured my knee but because I was in a dire family situation I did not attend to it, I learned to live with the pain so I can continue to work and earn a living. I since become totally unable to perform any work because it has gone from bad to worse. I did file a workman's comp report but it did occur two years ago. Is there any hope for me? |

You ever heard the comparison of such a situation with Hell and the ambient temperature being extremely cold?

| | | The statute of limitation is 3 years, which means you have 3 years from the date of injury to file a claim. However, you are required to notify your employer of an incident within 45 days of an occurence. Did you tell your employer when you were hurt? | |
