What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada
I have a 17 year old boy. Works at a tire store part time. After work today he and his boss and other coworkers were drinking ne'er and shots of crown royal. My son said he was given 3 to 4 shots and at least one beer. He was aloud to drive home drunk. Once he got home he started throwing up in bed he was covered in puke
What are my rights as a parent with his employer? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I would not call the police ~ just call the owners and tell them not to serve alcohol to your kid anymore and if they do then you'll call the police...

He'll just get fired if you call the police. Plus, they'll just deny it & then its a his word/their word ==

Call the police and inform him that he will be finding a new place to work. IF you ever let him out of his room again.
