unhealthy workspace

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maine

I've been working in a small cubicle for about a year now and I tend to get headaches everyday because I sit under a huge air conditioning vent that causes a pressure increase where I sit. I've asked for the pressure to be tested and my job doesn't have the capability to test that.

I've also asked to be moved several times but have had no luck. The year that I've been in the cubicle I have been sick numerous times- more than I have ever been in my life! I am very sensitive to dust, pollen, and mold and I believe I may be sitting under mold and dust in that vent.

My concern is- I don't know the lasting effects of sitting under intense pressure. Having headaches everyday can't be healthy but I don't know if there are long term effects. Should I document everything just in case I need to sue later if health concerns arise from sitting in that cubicle?

Has this happened to anyone else?
