What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? West Virginia

I injured myself in the performance of my Census duties as a recruiter on March 4th, 2009. I filed for Worker's comp much later, and it was accepted, and I went to therapy for a damaged ACL and MCL. a few months later, the Bureau files against me asking the claim to be rescinded , claiming there was no evidence I had a test for recruiting to give that day, stating no test was scheduled that day and they had no record I had worked that day.

They faxed papers to the reviewer as proof I had no test scheduled that day. Included was a sheet showing all tests scheduled for a certain period, originally printed up on an 11x17 sheet of paper, which was reduced to 8½x11 sheet to send through the fax. On page 249 of these papers was the schedule sheet showing I DID have a test scheduled that day at the location I had claimed to have a test at. The reviewer, however, does not know this, because the image quality is very poor and difficult to read, due to the fact it has been reduced in size and faxed, and apparently the Census Bureau will not send a full sized copy of the original to show I was telling the truth.

They also claim there was no proof I had worked that day. I claimed that after falling and hurting my knee, and in fear of the fact I might not be able to walk again without major surgery, filling out a time sheet and driving 30 minutes to find a FedEx dropbox to put it in was the LAST THING on my mind.

What are my options. They seem to keep ignoring my evidence and siding with the bureau's lack of evidence.
