Very important questionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado A question for Colorado State Worker Compensation laws. Is a facility allowed to discharge a patient if the repeatedly fail to show up for appointments, or does the facility have to get permission from the workers comp case manager before they can do this? |

| The facility can discharge a patient for medical noncompliance without permission from anyone. There is no rule that requires a physician to continue treating a patient in a non-emergency situation. |
