Very important question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

A question for Colorado State Worker Compensation laws. Is a facility allowed to discharge a patient if the repeatedly fail to show up for appointments, or does the facility have to get permission from the workers comp case manager before they can do this?

The facility can discharge a patient for medical noncompliance without permission from anyone. There is no rule that requires a physician to continue treating a patient in a non-emergency situation.
