What is the name of your state? Texas

The company I work for has an occupational injury policy to cover employees for any work related injuries. The insurance company is located in the Turk/Caicos Islands which is outside of United States jurisdiction. How do you fight a company who is "protected" from United States and Texas law? I did contact the Texas Dept of Insurance and they have been investigating them for over two years now. They told me the carrier could stop paying benefits at any time and there is nothing I will be able to do. Is this true? Any suggestions?
