No, you don't face jail time. You DO face repayment of the benefits you received erroneously.

well what happens in that i am allowed to make a certain amount which i didnt even come close to that amount not even 25% of the amount allowed by the workmans comp board. it was a very menial job, due to that I didnt think i would need to report it.

Just because the board allows you to EARN XX amount, doesn't mean you don't have to REPORT it.
