NYC. am i required to report all income to my wc carrier even if the work is menial and under the amounts that affect my wcb award, and involved in sales and my original injury was in construction?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

well what happens in that i am allowed to make a certain amount which i didnt even come close to that amount not even 25% of the amount allowed by the workmans comp board. it was a very menial job, due to that I didnt think i would need to report it.

Just because the board allows you to EARN XX amount, doesn't mean you don't have to REPORT it.

What did they say when you asked them this question?
