What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? va.I fell off a ladder at work 6/30/07.damdged left ankle-bone fusion-arthritis has set in-no better shape than when it was injured.wc dr.sending me to pain mgmt.dr.,surgery dr.,said pain mgmt.,dr. would do my ppi rating.what kind of rating can i except?dr,sent me back to work full time in july-08.i retained an attorney right awayi lift so much stuff at work weight-bearing i'm really concerened about my ankle-much less the pain i endure everyday.i'm in my mid 50's.just wanted some more information.i also walk with a gait&causing new problems with my thighs&knee,thanks,sharon |
