what to expect?


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? va.I fell off a ladder at work 6/30/07.damdged left ankle-bone fusion-arthritis has set in-no better shape than when it was injured.wc dr.sending me to pain mgmt.dr.,surgery dr.,said pain mgmt.,dr. would do my ppi rating.what kind of rating can i except?dr,sent me back to work full time in july-08.i retained an attorney right awayi lift so much stuff at work weight-bearing i'm really concerened about my ankle-much less the pain i endure everyday.i'm in my mid 50's.just wanted some more information.i also walk with a gait&causing new problems with my thighs&knee,thanks,sharon

ankle injury

has anyone had a ankle bone fusion?does anyone know what some of the ratings for an ankle injury?should i still be working 50 hrs.plus a week,lifting 500 lbs per day?has anyone been through this kind of injury?what are settlements for an injury of this kind?i know you can't answer these things exactly,but some info would be appreciated,thanks
