What should i do now???

U.S. law US TERRITORY
I obtained an on the job injury back in 4/1998. I fell from a
defective office chair and was then diagnosed as having a fracture of
the tail bone. I recd OWCP benefits for 4 hours per day and was
placed on light duty work for the other four hours. This lasted for
about 6 months and because of the(XXXXXX) JOB contracted physicians
haste in filling out paper work when he actually had not seen me in
his office i was ushered back to regular duties.

I have never been in any other accident and was in very good health
prior to this incident. From that point on my health in terms on
chronic lower back, shoulder, neck, pain and now radiating leg and hip
pain has intensified to the point where it is becoming intolerable. I
have since had two MRI which shows 1. DEGENERATIVE TYPE FOCAL BULGE OF
THE L2-L3 AND L3-L4 DISKS. 2. LEFT L3-L4 AND RIGHT L4-L5 NEURAL
FORAMINAL STENOSES. (7/15/08 LAST MRI).

I have had my OWCP case reopened for medical bills only and have a
somewhat modified work assignment. Although it is is not welcomed by
my supervisor or fellow employees and it causes added stress and
insult to the injury. I am not able to perform repetitive motions,
alternate standing/sitting, no lifting over 25lbs and no bending or
stooping. Even with a modified work load I am finding it harder and
harder to manage.

I have not returned to the(XXXXX)JOB contracted Physician(Otho) but
by my Physician who is an internist /Osteopath and numerous
chiropractors. I have taken viox, bextra, vicoprofren, mortrin 800
(3-4 daily), vicodin, precocet and now a ****tail of gabapentin,
methylprednisolone and ranitidine and I am sure that there are others
that I cant recall at this point. I have had blood work done that
indicates high abnormal levels of hsc-reactive protein=inflammation.

Am I a candidate for Disability Retirement/Social security or is this
an OWCP issue.
