Work related injury

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

hey guys I'm a truck driver and was injured on the clock at another business. I was knocked off of my flat bed truck and fell 12 ft onto the concrete chin first due to a fork lift drivers negligence.

I need 7 new teeth, several need reshaping, I got 9 stitches on my chin and now have a nasty scar on my chin, a scar on my arm, chipped my jaw bone which prevented me from closing my mouth for about a month, and twisted my ankle.

Does anyone know appx how much I could recieve from this?

Anywhere from 1¢ to $7,837,304.39. I'm sorry, but there's no way anyone can be more specific.

Are you off on WC or FMLA for your injuries? Pick up the phone and call an attorney, it should'nt cost anything......
