I am overwhelmed by what I have been through.
I was sent to an AME who apparently is a "knee specialist" to declare my case P&S for my "back".
I have seen two Drs. who tell me I am in need of surgery. I have a herniated disc.
This AME didn't have the CT Scans to look at nor the MRI films, but used a paperclip to test nerve damage.
I was never given a nerve inductive test which I was told that should have been done in the beginning by my Primary Dr. who had called my back a sprain for 10 months till I found a Spine surgeon who said "no way"
If any of this makes sence please help me....
I went in for my final exam by the primary last week who is now writing a report.....
I fired my Lawyer....
I need some assistance as to what to do.....injured
