I hurt my back at work a couple months ago and was sent to the doctor by request from my employer. I seen the doctor and had physical therapy for a few return visits. I talked with the workers comp bureau and they told me everything was taken care of and they didn't need anything from me. I lost my job a month after the injury and since then the employer has filed an appeal which was upheld and the case was dismissed. Does that now mean that I will have to pay for those doctor and physical therapy visits myself?

After reviewing case documents, I found out that my former employer filed the appeal becuz they apparently think my work injury is related to my hip injury that occurred in 2008. I had mentioned just in conversation, that I hadn't been hurt this bad since my hip injury in 2008. Stupid. My hip does not hurt and had absolutely no affect on my work injury
