What is the name of your state? Fl

Hello I hope someone can help me my husband has been on wc since dec 26 last year they had him do an fce (functional capacity evaluation) Which states that he can not lift over 20 lbs or push over 30 no bending squatting, kneeling crawling. the doctors final notes put him at a 5% impairment as with the ame. Problem workers comp case is in fl we live in ga doctor is going by ga standards don't know what the equavilent is for fl. As well they are saying that without a proper job description they cannot do a proper impairment. What do they mean by job description we gave the doctor and physical therapist his job description.
