New york - ok I injured myself in April of 2010, all has been well with WC, no problems, my question is regarding a Section 32 settlement instead of surgery

INJURIES:

T-7/8 herniated, pressing on spinal nerve - Dr said they dont like to operate in the Thorasic unless it's a last resort.

L-3/4 approved for total disk replacement
L-5/S-1 approved for fusion

Labrum tear of right hip - awaiting approval for surgey

Possible Cervical damage as well -awaiting MRI approval

I'm concerned regarding surgery, yes I'm in alot of pain, but may rather settle at 43, not sure if it's a big deal, my normal job is a Graphic Designer, even though I was hurt doing manual labor work.

I know the hip is considered an extremity, but can you settle for damage disk in your back.

Thanks in advance.
