What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Hello,

I was injured at work and received Workers' Comp benefits. My file stated "future medical needed", so I continue to receive periodic care, a couple years after the accident, and I guess they continue for the rest of my life, if needed. My question is: If I resign, will the Workers' Comp benefits continue, and will I still be able to continue receiving treatment? What about if I get terminated?

On that note, What if the reason I resign is because I cannot continue to work, due to this same injury? How does that affect Workers' Comp benefits? Would I be entitled to any type of disability benefits?

Thanks for your help.
