I was injured at work. My injury was caused by typing and among other job activities. I was diagnos with Corpal Tunnel Syndrome on both hands. I had surgery on both hands. while fighting this case with my lawyers for Workers comp for the last 3 years. Having proof that it was job related, pay for treatment with my insurance because I was refused also taking 4 weeks of vacation and sick time for the two surgery. I was sent to a specialist to see how much streingth I had in both hands by both sides.

I recieve a call from my lawyer he said that I will get $12,000 for both hands. I never lost time of work for the two surgery. I had taken my vacation time for time off. since I was refused disability.
I had asked my lawyer why and he said because of my salary. The last doctor that I had gone for lost of my hands stated that for my right I had 20 percent and for my left I had 15 percent. he stated that since the previous doctor they send me stated that I had 7 and half on both hand they han to decide.

so they decided 12 and 12 for both.
