I am 2 1/2 years into a 5 year bankruptcy in Kentucky. I was reacently injured at work and Worker's Compensation and the construction company that caused the accident are willing to make a settlement with me. Do I have to pay this money to the bankruptcy court?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
