What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
After 8 years working 8-5, M-F, 40 hours a wk with occasional overtime, my new boss decided I needed to be on call 24-7. I missed two calls (one at 9:30 pm when I had already retired for the night; the next at 7 am on a Saturday when I had not yet awakened). He decided I was not "right" for the job and terminated me. Will I qualify for unemployment based on those facts?:confused:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

This has nothing to do with workers compensation. You may qualify for unemployment, no way to know until you apply. You can do it all online.
