undefinedWhat is the name of your state?

Maryland...

You are injured on your full-time job and as a result are under medical care. You have been returned to work with the restriction of "light duty", "sitting work only", no walking. If you have a part-time job who is also willing to accept you under the medical restrictions, can you in fact work that part-time job without breaking any workers' compensation laws? Also, does one need authorization to do this?

Thanks,
Lilly
