depends on the job, your job duties, how many hours you work, etc.

Can I collect workers comp. and at the same time work part time? Generally speaking, I don't see why not if you can find a job within any work restrictions you have although it's not possible to tell you for certain. Whatever you do though, be sure and report any job you accept and your wages to the WC insurance carrier if you are receiving disability benefits - otherwise you could find yourself being prosecuted for WC fraud.
