What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MO. Had a worker file a workmans comp claim said he fell insested on cat scann and mri scan I found out that he had a bad tooth that caused all his pain infection from one side to other in his head and he still plans to get a settlement from workmans comp. IS THIS FRAUD???What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
