What is the name of your state (only U.S) CaliforniaPlease help me! My fiance is on workmans comp for a back injury on his job over a year ago. They approved him for surgery but he denied the surgery. Well two days ago he decided and called the doctor and said he agreed to the surgery. They scheduled with a week notice. We had plans to attend a wedding in june. With back surgery he would not be able to attend. The doctors told him if they rescheduled they would have to resend for another approval.
