Though the company closed a few years after death, I'm curious if the company was still around is there still a case.
In 1979 my wife's father was tragically killed a work accident. Her mother did not sue the company due to another relative worked in the same company was afraid of retaliation (fired).
If the company was still in operation today, would she STILL have wrongful death lawsuit?
