What is the name of your state? Arkansas

I am a minister here in Little Rock. In my spare time I run an outreach ministry for prostitutes. Last night I pulled up beside a prostitute and yelled out if she would like to experience heaven. She asked how much, but I misunderstood her, thought she was asking how old I thought she was. So I said "twenty?".

She told me to pull around the corner where I encountered three police cars and a film crew from COPS. Next thing I knew I was handcuffed on the ground with my shirt off.

Can they put me on television without my Permission?

If you are found guilty, they can probably put you on TV much like they can print your name in the newspaper. If you are found innocent, then they would probably ask you to sign a release.
