I was visited by My PO at my house Monday. And then apparently without my knowledge I was supposed to report to her office this past Friday. I was told I had a Warrant late Friday night by my youth worker I know personally. This has been a long holiday weekend so I decided to wait until today to go to the court to deal with this. When I go , what will happen & what will they do. My case is not a felony probation crime. But it is my 4th violation (3 Were for curfew & this is my first no show)

What is the name of your state?

If you planned to go to court today, you might already have an answer to your question. Detention is a real possibility for you. Your probation can be revoked and your original sentence imposed.

Your probation officer will provide the court with his recommendation.

Massachusetts & I Am A Juvenile . What Will Be Said In The court House ? I've never had a Warrant
Thank you for providing your state name.

You can be held on the warrant until a hearing is scheduled to determine your fate. If you have an attorney, it can be smart to have the attorney with you when you turn yourself in.

Have you contacted your probation officer? Your probation officer can give you the best idea of what to expect. This might be a first warrant but, with four probation violations already, the court might decide probation is not working for you.

I'm On my way to the court right now. They told me it is possible that I can be released because of the circumstances on the Missed appointment. Do you think that they are going to make me come back again in the future for this ?

Please be nice to those responding to your questions. Thanks.

To repeat what Zigner said, there is no way anyone here can tell you if you will have to return to court. It is possible you will be held until a hearing is scheduled to address your probation violations and failure to appear warrant. It is also possible you will be released until a hearing is scheduled.

Good luck.
