I know this was a long time ago just looking for information in this program. How do you know if you fail? If you are sentenced to 90 days and you complete 60 successful days in the program do you just serve the remaining 30 days or do you go back to 90? If you fail do they take you to jail on the spot?

The zero tolerance program you were inquiring about is the one out of Oakland County, Michigan. There were changes signed into law by Michigan's Governor Snyder in 2016 that replaced the zero tolerance policies for some offenses. Whether these changes affect you will require more information from you.

The sentencing for the zero tolerance program is at the sole discretion of the sentencing judge, although there are sentencing guidelines. If you violate terms of your program, what happens to you depends on several factors, including the type of violation you committed.
