I bet I hold the FA record. I shut a street down for 3 days.
Inconvience for some is work time for others. Smart ass.Well....too bad. Inconvenience is not compensable. Get over it.
If your time is so valuable, buy a helicopter. EX PZ.Inconvience for some is work time for others. Smart ass.
When you have sat for 2.5 hours behind a wreck that happened at 1:30PM on an Alabama August day whilst 5 months pregnant in a car with no air conditioning and NO way of contacting your employer, hen you can complain.Inconvience for some is work time for others. Smart ass.

No. It makes you human. (ASSuming you don't really mean it!! )While I'm sure that if such a case were ever to make it past a demurrer, even a clever attorney might decline to further a lawsuit he would have to join the other bazillion drivers who were in the traffic jam. But for them, the traffic accident would not have caused a slow down. Service alone would cost more than the lawsuit is worth, let alone the cross complaint against the plaintiff for being a part of the problem to all behind him.
That being said, does it make me a bad person if when I sit in interminable traffic because some yo-yo was playing Ricky Racer during rush hour I say to myself, "Someone better have died up there for this much hassle."?
Humans look at things that are different. That's how we find the fruit and how we avoid the tiger. Modern Humans may someday evolve to a level where we can ignore the different in order to better function in the modern age, but that is a way away.I want to sue every driver that feels the need to slow down and stare at the fender bender in the shoulder even though it's not in the way or even that interesting to look at...
Nope. That's not what did it.does it make me a bad person if ....
Law school?Nope. That's not what did it.
Winner, winner, chicken dinner....Law school?
