Hi, I really hope this isn't a dumb question...anyway I was in a car accident last week - I got rear ended pretty hard. My neck pain has finally gone away, and I am not "ill" (vomiting, etc) however I have been diagnosed with a concussion - I feel dizzy, have poor judgment, feel "slow", have headaches, and a tingly-head cold sensation in my head. It's AWFUL actually, I am extremely frustrated. Do I have any legal action to take against this person who hit me, for pain and suffering? Do I take it up with her insurance company? I really have no clue so I thought I'd ask.. it just seems unfair not to seek any damages for myself, compensation, something.
