I was in accident the other person cited at fault minor damage to vehicle how long do I have to get attorney they've been calling me but I would like to know if I could just settle with ins. Company without attorney for the car and personal injury Any advice is appreciated

4 - Have you been in contact with the other driver's insurance company?
