While playing a hockey that got out of hand, there was an incident where I slashed(hit) someone in the shin area. I found out afterwards that they were not wearing any of the proper equipment to protect that area. The person ended up breaking a bone in their leg. Does the person have any recourse to try to sue me or make any other criminal charges against me? This happened in PA.
