My siblings won a small claims judgment against me in 1998. It was related to my mother's estate. I paid the claim and sent my sibs the necessary papers to sign and return telling the court that I had indeed paid them. I have just obtained a full credit report and the 3 judgments show up with "Date Resolved: NA" There is no communication between us. They would not be approachable to submit the papers to the court. How can I get this resolved and removed from my credit report?
