I live in Oklahoma sold a vehicle to a guy which ended up being a scam my bank waited 2 weeks to contact me about the guys check being sent back now I’m without a truck and there saying I’m liable for the payments and the account was closed for those 2 weeks

You ARE liable for the payments.

The 11th Commandment - Thou shalt not take a check for the sale of a vehicle.

How does anybody not know that these days?
