I have a kemper mutual fund, when it was offered to us we were told it was an employer matching fund. i received my end of the year statement and i noticed that my employer did not match anything. wondering,I checked the two previous years and they did not match those years either.the application I have says it was to be employer matching. does he have to match those funds? and can I get the funds from previous years? thank you
