What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

Hey everyone,

Ran into a problem.

Recieved our CO in the mail Saturday. Everything is correct. However, one (possibly?) major detail is missing. Our son's name change is mentioned nowhere in the order. We had both agreed to hyphenate his last name.
It was overlooked by all of us (Both attorneys and Dad and I) before we signed the order.

How do I fix this?

ETA: Dad's attorney wrote the order.

Who wanted the name change? You or dad? If it was you, have your attorney put paperwork together to deal with the omission.

Dad wanted the name change. Son currently has just my last name.

Then let dad and his attorney deal with it. You can certainly cooperate by signing the paperwork, but its something HE wanted, let him follow up on it.

Tell dad and NPiearcy that they can pay for and arrange the correction but you will cooperate with it. Okay leave NPiearcy out of it if possible.
