What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Important question please: I am trying to complete my "pleadings" for my attorney. Should I respond to "only" the items addressed in my X's pleadings (most of the items are silly things, referring to bday parties, gifts, etc) or should I speak of more important issues (ex: a coach banded my X from a game from hittting my son....or addressing health concerns, school). I just want to present the "best" pleadings within a reasonable amount of pages....help please

I didn't understand how the forum works. Are you only allowed to ask one question, or can you ask more?
You can ask as many as you like. Simply post a new post in your original thread...just like you posted this one here...

Something like this:

"Thank you for your previous answers, I have a new question....."
