Hi all. I know I am not a party to this, but do have a question regarding passports. My boyfriend has sole legal and physical custody of his 12 son. Mom has not seen him since he was approximately 1 year old. At this point, her location is unknown. I'm fairly certain he can obtain a passport, however, are there usually any restrictions from other countries once a passport is obtained? We are thinking about taking a trip this summer, either to the Bahamas or to Mexico.
