you a witness list before trial. (Im in MD). I have a trial tomorrow and there was never any discovery, so i was wondering if the other party calls a witness i can object and deny them testifying since i never recieved a list? Any immediate response would be helpful. Im representing myself and have done some research but, couldnt find any statute about this.

It should have been listed in the discovery. When my hubbie represented himself the opposition left out one of the people that was testifying and when they got on the stand he objected based on the fact that that witness was not mentioned in discovery.
