What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Just wanted to let everyone know what happen yesterday in court. The judge order my ex for the first 30 days on 2,4, 5 the weekends to do Supervised visits through Kidshare here in San Antonio from 9am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays and his wife and his other children can come. After that the next 30 days will still be supervised with his mother and exchanges will happen at kidexchange in San Marcos he can take our daughter were he likes for that time. The judge has also ordered him to quite smoking because of our daughters health. We brought to the judges attention of the CPS record and had there therapist testify and she had nothing but good reviews and said she did not see any reason why they needed to be supervised.

This could all change when they have the next CPS hearing on 3/17 and if they are dismissed I feel their attorney will change everything.

I got served through my attorney today for a jury trail on 7/13/09. I also found out some disturbing news about kid share. They do not allow other people to particiapte in the visits, and they do not do more then 4 hours and they are booked solid on his first day of visit.( the judge ordered his wife and other children could participate and he could have 8 hours a day) What is my responsibility now that I have this info? or does he have to be the one who needs to change it?

You are ridiculous quite frankly. You will stop at nothing to have his visits ruined, won't you? You should bring such knowledge to the notice of the court quite frankly.
