What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? michigan

Over 2 years ago my ex-wife and i went to court, with me attempting to change to the shared economic formula. The judge denied my request.
Recently I requested mediation with FOC and they recommended a reduction based on our salaries and amt of parenting time. Both incomes increased. My ex-wife disagreed with the recommendation of the FOC and req a trial.
My question is, how much wieght does the FOC recommendation hold when the trial is held? Thank you.

FOC recommendations are normally followed. In all my times in court, unless the parties agrees to a deviation, they go with the hard-cold numbers. Yes, your X had a right to file a de novo review, but unless there is a mistake in the income or daycare numbers, it'll go.
