What is the name of your state?OH
There is a current "Court Order" listing the custody and CS agreement and the CS is paid directly to CP from NCP, not on record wil CS Services and not being paid.
So,CS mod. hearing and amount to be paid decided.
Does the person paying still have to pay the "Court Order" amount plus what CS Enforcement will be taking?
Must this "Court Order" be changed by a judge?
