What is the name of your state? Illinois
We were divorced in the state of Indiana.
I now live in Illinois with my Daughter who is 15 years old.
My x-husband lives in Indiana. She visits him 2 x a month on the weekend.
For child support--which state guidelines do we use? IN or IL
He has never paid the IN court ordered amount of $120 per month. I am wanting to take him back to court to have this amount increased and see if the courts can take the monies out of his check as he as worked for the same company in Illinois for 20 years.

If Dad still lives in IN, IN would normally retain jurisdiction. You don't get to shop for the better deal.
