At first the child lived in Texas with the mother and child support was ordered while father lived in Louisiana. Money has been taken out of his check and sent there. Then the mother moved to Louisiana which is now everyone's primary resistance. Father is still being charged for both states. Also, the father was told that the order is in another county in Louisiana where none of them resided. He has complied and has all necessary paperwork. He has been told he is in arrears in Louisiana but money stil being sent to Texas. What can he do to both have support cancelled in Texas and show he has been paying in Louisiana and move it to correct county?
