What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Live in Illinois but Case is in Kentucky.
My fiance who lives in Illinois is paying on back child support in Kentucky he has missed two payments and they have issued a bench warrant for his arrest is there any way to have the bench warrant lifted without him having to appear in Kentucky?
