A fence was installed many years ago bordering two properties. The fence was recently removed by Owner A and disposed of on the property of Owner B. A county GPS plat clearly identifies the fence as being on the property of Owner A who removed it. Which property owner is responsible to dispose of the debris?
The property is located in Howard County MarylandWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: generally it would be Owner A unless there is a recorded easement or privacy shared fence agreement that states otherwise.
