What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? virginia

I closed my business as a truck driver ...as between the economy and fuel and repairs I was bringing home less than if I was working part time at mcdonalds. I was out of work for 7 months, during the seven months I kept my child support current. I filed for modification and was asked to provide a set of interogatories about my business as well as profit loss statements. I believe the childs mothers attorney is trying to go for ability to earn. I have started working and need to know if or how I can object to the information about my business as support would now be ordered on what I am making at my present job.
Any information would he helpful.
