It is not a violation of any sort. You gave the clinic permission to contact your father when you listed him as an emergency contact. The clinic felt that for whatever reason the best way to ascertain your location was to contact your father. So long as they didn't discuss your treatment issues with your father then they did nothing wrong.

the Emergency contact states we will not notify unless it was an emergency for a clinic to see someone every day they would have no reason at all to contact my father. There was NO emergency!!!!

Wow really?? Well I am posting for a friend. Sorry to disappoint you, your lack of professionalism with that kind of comment is a bit troubling.

Add me to that list too please.

My take is that you cause your own trouble and we are paying the bill for it.

My other take is that now you're looking for another big hit .... get real.

Why would you be upset (again) about a thread in which you told (supposedly) someone else's story?

I remember it quite well: your "friend" was upset because s/he listed his/her father as their emergency contact at the methadone clinic. The clinic contacted the father and your "friend" was upset that perhaps the clinic had revealed that your "friend" was taking methadone.
