Although there are lots of mitigating circumstances, I have the following, basic, question, related to a recent bankruptcy. I have a boat, in a boatyard, I want to transfer ownership to the Yard owner, in return for quit-claims on all expenses or liabilties currently standing. Would it be wisest to consult a Maritime Lawyer or whom? Thanks.
